Table-top Ultrasonic Cleaners for Smaller Applications
Zenith Table-top Ultrasonic equipment is used by manufacturers wishing to clean smaller volumes of parts in a cleaning system that can be placed on a table-top. These systems are composed of the cleaning tank, and 1 or more ultrasonic generator housings that connect to the cleaning tank with RF shielded cable. Zenith table-top ultrasonic cleaners feature all 316L stainless steel construction on both cleaning tank and generator housing to work in the most corrosive or acidic environments. Although normally only the ultrasonic cleaning tank is included, rinsing and drying tanks can be added to produce small-scale table-top size clean/rinse/dry ultrasonic cleaning systems.
Table-top systems are normally used for smaller applications which do not require rinsing or drying processes. Only the cleaning will be provided, and parts must be rinsed and dried using other means. The table-top system design is also the least costly ultrasonic equipment option.
Table-top ultrasonic cleaners are available in choice of operating frequencies: 25kHz, 40kHz, 80kHz, 120kHz, or 200kHz. You would not believe the difference when compared to single-frequency ultrasonic systems.
All table-top ultrasonic cleaners are available with heating systems, ultrasonic duration timers, baskets, tank/generator stands, and other associated options. A host of custom options, such as oscillating agitation, sealed cover assemblies for evaporative solvents, overflow weirs, cove corner tanks, mirror polished finish, electropolishing, and many others are available.
